New Technology reveals that a fetus actually LOOKS like a baby

I read an article today from Fox News about these new 3D images of babies in the womb (in Eruope).

At first I thought the article was about the progression of technology and how neat it was that we could capture an image so lifelike from inside the stomach of another human being.

But I kept on reading, and it seems that in light of these new pictures, Parliament is looking into legislature that would ban abortions after three months.

Wait a second, in light of THESE pictures?

Did we not know before these pictures that a developing fetus looks EXACTLY like a little human because that’s EXACTLY what they are going to become? Have we not seen cute one dimensional ultra sounds and graphic pictures of dead fetus or babies or little humans or whatever you call them before?

The article went on to quote a pro life activist stating:

“If a woman still decides to have an abortion after seeing such vivid images she may not be fit to be a mother.”

That’s where I lost it.

First off, look at this picture

Hideous

That’s about the most oafish looking beast of a child I have ever seen. It looks like a mongol.

Seriously, look at that cromagnum like forehead. And look at that fist. It’s the size of the things head. That creature is about to beat its way out of its mothers stomach and terrorize the streets and feed of our young. It deserves to be terminated for being a potential threat to the delicate balance of the moral fabric of our lives, not to mention the ecosystem.

In fact, any woman who does not abort an ungodly heathen like that is unfit to be a HUMAN. Seriously, how could you knowingly torture all of us by bringing a creature that unsightly into the world.

Besides the point, that statement is totally ludicrous.

If you think women who want to abort their babies shouldn’t be parents, why would you then try to pass legislature to force them to become mothers?

Idiot.

Look, you all probably know or could guess my stance on abortion.

It's wrong to force a person to remain in a state of pregnancy. Enforcing that state of pregnancy is a gross invasion of privacy and horrendously paternalistic. I don’t think that a fetus is an entity worthy of the protection of the state. Because of a necessity to define when a fetus is worthy of state protection, I draw the line at birth. Abortion should be legal in all terms.

Besides all that, using cute or bloody pictures to coax people into making a decision is insulting. Present your case and win it based on merit (which the pro life movement has YET to do in the U.S.), not fear.

God, pro-lifers piss me off.

Trust me, you want abortion legal
